KAHA Admin Fee Payment

  • Check payable to KAHA (not Cool Sports)/$70 max per family (2 skaters)
  • Due when skater registers for first hockey program of season

To prepare for the new fundraising program, KAHA will be requiring that each skater pay a mandatory $35 KAHA Administrative Fee when they register for their first 2010-2011 hockey session (excludes Cross-ice Rookies). This will be a one-time annual fee with a maximum impact of $70 per family (2 skaters). This fee is being assessed to seed KAHA's Operating Budget for the entire hockey season. KAHA will strongly encourage each skater/family to participate in one or all of the Fundraising programs available. Each KAHA family will have the opportunity to "earn" KAHA FR credits through voluntary fundraising participation, offsetting the administrative fee and hopefully some/all of the financial commitments faced during the upcoming season.  Read entire Membership letter outlining new Admin Fee (2010/2011) - click here

As the parent or legal guardian of your skater, the following guidelines apply in regard to payments and account balances:

**As you register your skater(s) for the current hockey season, you are responsible for all fees associated with registration.  In the case of registration for Select, Travel Hockey, or High School, you are responsible for all fees associated with tournaments, game weekends, lodging fees, and any other team assessments that may occur.

**The commitment fee (deposits) and all registration fees are non-refundable in any event.  Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis (verified job transfer or injury/illness).

**If your account is not paid in full and you have not made arrangements with Cool Sports/KAHA, your skater will be asked to cease participation from the hockey program.

**In the event that your skater(s) relationship with KAHA and his/her team is severed because of disciplinary issues, and proper protocol has been followed, you will not expect any pro-ration of hockey fees paid for the current hockey season.
