High School Skaters:  Complete step 1 & 2 (do not skip either step)

Step 1:  USA Hockey Annual Membership & Registration

1.      Register each skater online with USA Hockey for 2010-11 Season - USA Hockey On-line Registration (www.usahockeyregistration.com)

2.      Select "Ice Players & Coaches"

3.      Use bar-coded receipt number in Step 2:  KAHA Registration (step #1)

Step 2:  KAHA Registration 

1. Register Online with KAHA - KAHA On-line Registration  (http://www.usahockey.com/LocalReg/Register.aspx?regId=231).  At last screen of registration process, click on "Personal Check" - this is check out.
2. You will receive a Registration Confirmation; please print a copy.
3. Print & Complete KAHA Forms below; hold forms until you receive team assignment; documents will be given to your skater's Team Manager

 Deliver Copy of Registration Form, with the following forms of payment,
to the KAHA Drop Box. 

 

ü  $75 Deposit Fee (per skater/per program) | check or credit card | check payable to Cool Sports     

ü  $35 KAHA Admin Fee (per skater/2 skaters maximum per family; KAHA Admin check payable to KAHA, not Cool Sports
